Earlybird is an AI Operating System for frontline casework across citizen services. Designed to transform the delivery of support in sectors like employment, justice, and housing and health, Earlybird uses Voice AI to helps teams deliver more person-centred services by automating the heavy administrative and compliance burdens that typically consume 60% of an advisor's time. The platform enables frontline teams to reallocate up to 70 hours per month back to high-value, human work. This infrastructure acts as a capacity builder, directly boosting operational performance and service outcomes -such as recent 13% increase in job starts .
The platform’s impact is driven by three core modules designed to integrate seamlessly into existing workflows and technology systems:
Conversations: A 24/7 "digital front door" AI agent that engages participants conversationally for triage, eligibility, and needs assessments in over 50 languages. It handles data collection without forms or apps, preparing advisors for first appointments with pre-qualified profiles—a feature currently used by partners like Sheffield City Council for inbound enquiries.
WorkScribe: A real-time meeting support module that captures and transcribes appointments to automatically generate structured outputs like action plans, vocational profiles, and documents like CVs and cover letters. This eliminates manual note-taking, reducing the time spent on meeting documentation by 83% and allowing advisors to be more present and maintain eye contact with participants.
Interpreter: A real time translation offer for multilingual appointments, removing the friction of waiting for external translators and making services immediately accessible to diverse populations. Interpreter supports 90+ languages.
These module combine at every stage of a citizen's journey to create a powerful data layer of context and citizen engagement that returns investment within pilot periods, boosts service performance outcomes and supports compliance fidelity.
