With a COP of 4.36 – one of the highest on the market for a small heat pump – and an Energy Rated Performance (ErP) of A+++, the Shoebox NX is incredibly efficient and, therefore, cheap to run. Co-efficient of Performance (COP) benchmarks heat pump quality and efficiency.
The heat pump harnesses naturally occurring renewable energy and concentrates this into a high temperature to provide heating and hot water to a dwelling. For every 1kW of electricity used to run the heat pump, over 4kW of heat is produced – making the Shoebox NX over 400% efficient.
It delivers hot water up to 64℃ and can even be configured to provide passive cooling in the summer months, a valuable feature for combatting overheating, particularly in high-rise buildings. The Shoebox NX is a compact powerhouse with a modern and stylish design, making it a premium product. It can be tucked away in a kitchen or airing cupboard, and its pared-back footprint frees up vital storage space in a home.
Packing plenty of low-carbon benefits in a tiny package, the original Shoebox delivers heating and hot water to the smallest of properties. Fit it inside a cabinet, kitchen unit or airing cupboard – the minuscule Shoebox will make itself right at home.
The original Shoebox is powerful. Generating heat at the point of use, the system produces hot water temperatures up to 65°C. The Shoebox system can even be configured to deliver passive cooling when summer comes; a particularly useful add-on for high-rise buildings in district heating schemes.
Among many of the Shoebox’s remarkable features is its versatility. From social housing tower blocks and new-build developments to energy-efficient holiday lodges and barges, the Shoebox delivers heating, hot water and cooling to all kinds of small or Passivhaus projects. It uses a non-flammable refrigerant as a safe alternative to combustion fossil fuels and renewables with flammable refrigerant.
Engineered with comfort in mind, the series’ noise levels range from 47 to 52 decibels – comparable in sound to the average fridge freezer.
Boasting an A+++ Energy-related Product (ErP) rating, the Evo is our most efficient ground source heat pump. Its evolution sees a 15% gain in efficiency since its predecessor, maximising income from available subsidy.
The Evo’s high ErP rating means it delivers much more energy than it consumes from electricity – saving on heating bills, lowering carbon emissions and improving air quality. With an impressive 4.7 SCoP at 35°C, you’ll have top-mark heating no matter the season.
The Genesis System Manager takes the Evo to a whole new level of performance. As the world’s first ground source controller, the Genesis monitors and records efficiencies to help the Evo perform at its best.
Effortlessly integrating with all heating control systems, the Genesis allows flexibility for your heating to be as smart or simple as you like.
The series is comprised of modular three-phase models that deliver tailored outputs, flexibility and compatibility in large or commercial buildings.
The Kensa Q is the perfect candidate for a cascaded system. Efficiently fulfilling fluctuating demands, multiple units can work together to deliver large space heating and hot water demands at the same time.
With multiple heat pumps, heating and hot water can be provided to different parts of a building simultaneously through a Building Management System (BMS).
Designed for ease, the Kensa Q is compatible with a building’s heating distribution system, such as fan coils, underfloor and air handling units.
