Using field mounted smart noise monitors, we gather 24/7 noise data, automatically analyse it using AI and deliver daily results to the investigating officer based on the nuisance type and the relevant legislation in that location. This extensive and continuous data empowers officers to mediate complaints far more effectively and ultimately provides compelling evidence for those cases where enforcement is required.
Covering nuisance types including: dog barking, roosters, mechanical noise (pumps, HVAC), crowd or party noise, amplified music, construction noise, we provide local government officers with the ability to be in the "right place at the right time" in terms of evidence gathering to resolve both the real noise cases, but also the fake claims of noise pollution/nuisance.
Our technology offers the capability to incorporate class 1 sound meters for environmental noise type cases where decibel readings are required, as well as a lower cost option for duration and noise type detection cases. We also recently released our PinPoint directional noise monitoring service that not only tells you what noise is occurring, how loud and when, but also tells you where those noises are coming from.
